My journey has taken me around the world, working on luxury cruise lines with Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean, where I had the privilege of training clients from all walks of life.
I specialize in women’s weight loss and group exercise – helping women regain confidence, improve strength, and feel empowered in their own bodies. My approach combines personal training with nutrition coaching to create a holistic program that supports your entire lifestyle, not just your workout.
